It's a ridiculously cheap digital camera that I've had for like five or six years. I typically have to clean up my photos in Photoshop afterwards because unless it's super brightly lit when I take the pic, they come out rather blah and muddy. And focusing can be a bitch without the flash.
I can totes direct you to totallybalanced (aka Becca), though, if you need advice on a camera. She's pretty up on that stuff and has TONS of knowledge. :D

came into class this morning, AP Chem. We're just doing labs now that the AP exam is over, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. I should add that I am friends with several members of the class on facebook.
After making the usual morning announcements, we head into the lab room, at which point a student says to me, "OMG, Mrs. J, your review of Titanic was hysterical." At which point half the class starts talking about it.
Jeezy creezy, but no review I've ever written has gotten more buzz than that one. I did not expect my STUDENTS to read it, but they did!!! HA HA!!!

What camera do you use if you don't mind me asking? I want to start with a proper SLR but have no idea which to buy!
