Also not really. You would need to check a few things. 1. Do they let you brew it, Im pretty sure they do it for you. 2. All that beer must be kept cold due to lack of preservatives. So our house would need to refrigerate close to 6 cartons. 3. I would prefer the home brew kit, its 30 liters not 50 and cheaper AND we can do crazy out of this world beers(They dont let you add things like choc or fruit to their beers). Its also $75 + bottles.
1. Yes you brew it yourself. You do it all yourself, they supply you with a recipe and you can choose to follow it, or not. 2. Yup, thats right, thats why we need to have a BBQ to drink it down to a manageable level. 3. They let you add choc and fruit flavor to their brews. There is a list of recipes here so you can get an idea of the potential brews
Where were you thinking of fermenting the beer from the home brew kit?
Well you got much different information then I did when I went and talked to them.
In the current drying room/2nd fridge room. As summer is coming we wont need to use it so much. The main problem is maintaining temp, apparently you can use towels and ice to keep it cool in summer so I think we wouldn't have too many issues.
I had the list of potential brews before, but the home brew worked out a lot cheaper. Think about the party as well. How much did Graham have left? They bought 2 batches your talking about 3. I don't think we would be able to get it down to any sort of manageable level unless we manage to get everyone we know to come round.
