Jason Todd and Bucky make some really interesting parallels, actually, and I can see a song that works for Jason working for Bucky as well! (ha, I'm so not-fluent on the 616 universe that I literally typed that before I remembered that Bucky was originally a Jason-style sidekick and thus the resemblances are...kind of deliberate!)

I dunno that they had much in common during their sidekick years aside from being sidekicks (and maybe being snarky assholes, but, what's a sidekick for), but...yes, they share the joy of having "died" and come back very, very much changed, in ways that are quite dark. I often think about Jason Todd and Winter Soldier or post-Soldier Bucky crossing paths.
