Wow, that photo. It's hard for me to even imagine what seeing that in person is like. I am jealous of your awesome adventures!

The camera can't capture the colors and contrast properly. The floating rafts of crust are black, and the molten fault lines in between are gold, like, actually the color of the precious metal, Au on the periodic table, and there are flecks of gold on the black rafts which don't really show up at all. And of course it's moving and bubbling and roaring and asdhfghjklghkdfs

It's really inexplicable. But if it's still going when you come visit me you can see it for yourself. :)
