I've been getting a flurry of spam comments on my various LJ accounts recently. This one's a new one on me:

Hey This is hard for me because I have never done anything like this.. but I have a huge crush on you. I have never been able to tell you for reasons which you would quickly identify as obvious if you knew who this was. I'm really attracted

I've gotten a few comments like that. or telling me that I can work from home and earn lots of money.

the last one was to an entry for a community that I'm the mod of, but the community is like ded.

Yeah, they pop up a lot on truly ancient entries from my old RP journals. Usually I just leave them because I'm too lazy to sign out of one account and into another just to delete a comment.

if they left an interesting comment (like how to catch a leprechaun or the Lock Ness Monster lol) I'd leave the comment
