THAT IS AN EXCELLENT SUGGESTION.

...Aaaaauuuuggghh, but not likely, unless I really really really can't find something else to do. My sense of responsibility is too strong, it's why I'm such a good employee. What I need is more fieldwork, fieldwork's when I get all of my writing done these days. Not likely to be a lot of that this week.

I do need to get some more writing done. I've been having trouble adjusting to my new schedule... the animals take up so much of my free time!

I suspect the cat is just bored if she's confined to a single room all the time. That has to get old fast.

Yeah... the thought occurred to me. Not much to be done if she doesn't want to get eaten by the dogs... she's too old and slow to defend herself/get away. I try to give her as much attention as I can. She's got toys, but so far she ignores them.
