Everyone I know who's already seen it is going BALLISTIC. Which is a lot of people, because I have so many friends in other countries where it's been out for a little while already. Not that I had any doubts it would be amazing because AVENGERS + JOSS WHEDON = WINNING COMBINATION, NO QUESTION. But with all the flailing going on I fully expect to have my mind blown.
Oh man, I can't wait for pictures. Your adventures sound so very, very awesome. (If you get a hold of a time-turner, btw, please let me know where I can find one...)

IT IS STILL FAR TOO LIGHT FOR MY LIKING. I still have several hours of timekeeping, nostalgia, and the UH Hilo women's cross-country coach trying to recruit me to get through. (He's never forgiven me for turning down the free ride he offered me and getting my bachelor's on the mainland instead. XD)

I'll be seeing the Avengers, too, I can't NOT after all the furor, oh, and that I've been reading Avengers fic for weeks, not ever having known anything about them before. :)
Hahaha, coordinates are pretty much it, and I don't know those off the top of my head. Not even sure about the elevation. I can tell you that it's a bog in the lower-elevation section of the Pua Akala Unit of Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge, next to Awehi Stream and close to the southernmost border of the refuge, and it's four miles downhill from the pig fence and the end of the 'road' (read 'totally brutal 4x4 track'). Here, actually, I think I found it on Google Maps? (Use Google Earth view if possible; or, if using Satellite View, the bog is the clearing just south of where the marker says it is
