Seriously -- I mean, maybe people would be a little more tolerant of MS's monopolistic tendencies if, just once in a while, they used their power for good. Microsoft can do whatever they want! Fear of a boycott is bullshit.

Have a little think about your daily activities, how many of them involve some kind of computer? Not just stuff you do on your own, but scheduling at your doctor's office, the Touchpoint system your waiter at the Applebee's uses when putting your order in and calculating your tab...
There's just no way to boycott MS. It would end up costing the fundies more in the end, because I'll bet you a buck 2.50 that the Antioch Church in Redmond uses an MS-based system for their computers. How're they gonna publish the church calendar without it? How are they going to print next Sunday's programs?

Probably what is giving Microsoft the willies is fear of negative publicity. Of course, now they are going to get negative publicity by the bushel basket load.
