Aren't you all opinionated. By a large margin, Rideaux is coming in for the favored name. I'm, as usual, pathetically grateful for your input. LJ has never yet steered me wrong.

I've stuck with 'Rideaux', especially if, as in French, the stress would be on the final syllable. 'Samantha Rideaux' sounds good to me.
