Well. THAT was exhilarating. Johnny Trash and I went down to the Army-Navy Surplus store Wednesday afternoon. On the bike.

It was 34 degrees and cloudy most of the day and by the time we headed home with a few pairs of cargo pants for each of us, rain jackets, and money belts, it was beginning to drizzle. Woooooo!

I'm saving up the bits of yarn that aren't enough to make a dishcloth so I can work on the switching skeins thing. I've never done it, but I'll need to in order to make myself a scarf for next winter.

Yay for another knitting convert! I've been doing it a lot the last few days, it's been awesome.
