Is it wrong that i've only spent a few hours so far at my parents house, and I already want to go back home? It's not because of anything that they (or I) did or didn't do, but i've never liked the Tri-Cities... at all ( Read more... )

Sheesh really? 5:30pm? It starts getting dark here around that time and is full dark by 6:30pm. Totally annoying though. Especially when you get to school at 8am and out at 6pm!!! :P

Wal-hell. I think that's what Eric started calling it when he worked there. He has now forgiven them as it's one of the few places around here people can afford. Yeah they're raising their prices too but everywhere else down here is doing the same and at bigger intervals it seems. It really sucks. But yeah the way they treat their employees is trash. Least you never had to dress up like the Easter Bunny. *whispers conspiratorially* Eric did.

No it's not bad that you feel like that especially since it's because of the area and not the people. It's a mix of both for me ;) Tampa's got plenty to do but only if you have some kinda money and even then despite all there is to do it gets repetitive when you've lived here long enough.

Yes, 5:30 pm. I have one class at PCC that goes from 6 pm to 8:20 pm (Spanish). Starts getting dark when I get there, and goes completely dark by the time that i'm done. Not to mention that they turn on the A/C around 7:30 pm for reasons unknown. What are they trying to do? Give us a cold ( ... )
