2.5m run, 1m walk, 1m bike, arms/legs/sit-ups. The shoes still rock, but the cranky knee is still cranky. However, now it feels like it just needs to be "worked through", so here's hoping some steady working out will help! Dialing back to 5.8 from 6 helps the cranky a lot.
