Ran 3.1 miles, walked .5 miles, biked 2 miles. 75 crunches on the ball, leg circles, 20 lower ab crunches, 15 pushups, held the plank position for 40 seconds. I remembered to take my allergy meds and I could breath! It felt really good - an easy workout even though I am so very, very tired... My knee was a little twingy but nothing that stopped me

Kidding! Sorry, what with the heat and the booze and the queers getting the vote or whatever, I'm a little on edge. BTW, I haven't RSVP'd to your WTFBBQ yet, but FWIW I'm hoping I can GTD enough to... um, BRB? Anyway, I'm gonna try to make it if I can finish all my chores in time.
