Went to my new gym in Houston tonight - been there for 2 weeks now and I like it! Jogged 3.25 miles (I'm going for 5k at a time, or 3.1 miles + cool down), situps galore and some arms. Need to figure out some new situps to do. also need to have a better arms routine. But it feels good to get all sweaty!
