I'm going old school by replying here, but Bill Simmons, also has a thing about Violet Palmer being bad, he was once quoted as saying: "Nobody has ever been worse at their job, in any vocation -- not even the people who work at Home Depot selling Christmas trees."

Yikes.

I don't really notice the refs except the mean ones like Joey Crawford.
