zoe, i'm really happy for you. you've seemed sorta out of it over the past few weeks, and i agree that this is going to be something that is good for you. it sounds like so much fun, and i'm glad that you're looking forward to it. the house is beautiful, by the way.

for the first 3 months, he's giving us the whole house for $900/month and a $500 security deposit, well, a little less. so it's $150 per person right awya, then $300/month

plus utilities.

when everyone moves in, the house is going back up to $1800 per month like it's supposed to be, plus utilities.

our rents will average $350-$400 per month. and that's including utilities.

it's really an amazing deal.

nope... i can give you his number if you want. he has a bunch of houses on that block and actually wanted to show just dierdre and i some 2 bedroom thingy before... if you're looking for next year...
