I know that some time will pass before there is more public news about this project, but the idea is exciting. Despite the high cost, I hope that space exploration and related scientific efforts will not be abandoned...

I heard Dr. Jemison speak at a museum of flight several years ago, and felt encouraged by her recounting of her own story and her ongoing dedication to science. I might not have gone on to get my master's degree (late bloomer, but oh well) without exposure to inspiring people such as Jemison.

You're very welcome! Maybe I should set up a Google alert about the Foundation -- I am looking forward to learning more about its progress, no matter how long it takes! Long-term thinking is realistic in tech/science fields.
