You may have already seen this film short (it's a few years old), but it has been making the rounds again lately. Well done, carrying the impact of a focused, tightly written short story within 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Heavens above, that was so shocking, I actually jumped. What a beautifully acted, and thoughtful film. There is a lot to think about there, and I'm still thinking.

I was impressed by the complexity of such a short piece: subtle, engaging performances by the actors, the quietly sensual gesture of the man smelling the perfume, and the timing of the final revelation of the man's true nature -- or is it really his true nature? As viewers we cannot be sure, and he may not be certain himself, although he has chosen to mark himself.
