You're welcome! I first obtained the full list from a retired Episcopal priest -- a Swedish-American who did some social justice work in NYC during the 1960s/1970s. He decided to run the list of directions in the church bulletin on the King holiday weekend.

I have a copy in my car & at various times have also kept it on a work desk or personal bulletin board.
