Those look delicious! We bought a flat and made a big batch of sharkeyboatman's blueberry-banana bread. *drool* Then we froze the rest, and also added some raspberries to the stock, but not before making a rum-raspberry glaze that is AWESOME on vanilla bean ice cream paired with Scot's home made hot fudge sauce.

The muffins happened sunday night after I got home. My "stay" in portland was less than an hour in each direction, just long enough to swap cars & gear at my dad's place. I spent the weekend at SOAK, the Portland area regional burning man event. :)

If you come up here I'll feed you muffins...

She says as she mixes up banana yogurt bread to sit alongside the remnants of lime-soaked butter cake, brownies, and chocolate ginger cookies that are already on the counter.

I liked the muffins. Will there be muffins 2.0 still? I want.

I just SQUEEE!!!ed so loud that V jumped.

I sent email to see if there's still room - totally spaced on it earlier this week. So hopefully Tuesday, yes. If not, I think I can spare 15 minutes to, you know, walk to your house and back.

Where do you find so much time?

I need to go to Discovery Park sometime this week and raid the blackberry bushes. Best damned place in the city for wild berries.

Saturday night I had dinner with the (now ex-*) babe, and then went home early-ish with nothing to do, blueberries on the counter, and a camp meeting tonight to make brownies for.

And honestly, I don't get out so much these days.

The cobbler was fantastic, by the way. I made the berries a touch too sweet, and the biscuit turned out lovely.
