Went to furfright and had a blast. :) The entire convention doing the time warp was pretty awesome! Overall I like the con hotel. and would love to actually stay in it next year! (The hottub looks nice~)

Welcome to pizza delivery hell. I stopped carrying coins, and would rather write off the $0.87 than deal with it. Most people were happy to just have the bills and let me keep the change. The rest? Fuck 'em. They'll call back and order again next week, because they are cheap assholes.

Yeah, unless the delivery person is a total douche, you should tip well. It's a tough job and I don't envy you. You must have to deal with some real winners out there. *hugs* Hope everything keeps going well for ya!

Omg, ha ha ha. I worked as a Jimmy John's delivery driver and feel your pain.

At JJ's, we weren't even really allowed to give exact change, to ensure that the driver got /some/ tip (that, and the whole not carrying pockets full of change). Most people don't realize that we were paid less than minimum wage because it's expected that we get tipped (like waitresses, but not as extreme of a min. wage).

Have you had to deal with people bitching to you that they're out of delivery range? That's always fun.
