Thank you so much. I just love the complications this plot line added to their lives. I don't see it as a traditional 'happily ever after' story, but I love the possibilities.

I like this! I was especially sucked into parts 2-5. t's interesting to think of all the different futures for him that have already been made impossible - and all the futures that could come.

However, I do have one thing to point out. "Zelda" is a woman's name in Yiddish, meaning "Lucky" or "Happy." This does not seem to be the meaning you are aiming for. The Yiddish word for grandfather is "zayde." (And in Hebrew it's "saba," if you wanted to go that route, but most of the people I know use "zayde.")

Thank you! I'm a real sucker for 'what if?' stories, and this whole plot line was just the perfect setup for it.

Thank you also for the information. I was going off the notes in my great-grandfather's bible for the name, so it's probable that I misread his handwriting. He spoke Yiddish as his first language, so most likely it was written 'zayde'. Thanks for the correction. :)

And thank you so much for not being offended by me pointing that out! I really liked your story and I wanted to make sure there weren't any hiccups. :-)

Ooh, I love every one of these! One is very disorienting, but it fits perfectly with a baby being born and being ascended. Two is so sad with the thought of everyone gone but Matt and Adam, and then finding the ship! Three is a very interesting "what if" and it's nice to think of TJ back on Earth and trying to build a life for herself and her son - even if revelations of the program drag her back down memory lane. Four was spot on, and Emily Young's POV was the perfect choice. And five is a lovely, sweet ending. An excellent, emotional 5 Things!

I think #4 was my favorite one to write because it's not a Happily Ever After, but everybody is just trying their darndest to make it one for the kid's sake. Thanks so much. :)

Thanks for the looky-loo on it. You know I can't limit myself to a bullet point list. ;)
