Aw, what a powerful little moment for TJ. I like the thought of her trying to play it cool and impersonal, and then someone, like Eli, will shake her up just a fraction and make her wonder. And then the process happens all over again.

All she’s done is make a mistake. Wah. I understand why she feels that way, but it's sad. :(

Wow, that packs a lot in a few words. You have her voice down so beautifully. And this:

Just, gah. That sort of holding her breath, and not believing in it for fear it'll all go wrong ... so sad, but utterly true.

(happy TJ continues not to be quite the right icon. lol)
