Welcome to the club :) I've gotten four parking tickets during my time in college, but three of them were for totally ridiculous reasons and thus I managed to get them appealed. (Duke parking is notorious for basically, um, handing out parking tickets like candy.)

We're learning how to make budgets in economics class. It's kind of funny, because we learned about "impulse buying" officially and watched an episode of Andy Griffith about it.
