Sally felt terrible, hot, confused, like her body was heavy, disobedient and not her own. She was annoyed at the indignity of it, but underlaying that, there was a little fear.

The fear increased as she worked her way toward sick bay and had to lean against the station wall to catch her breath, blackness starting to close in around her even as she

In all his years with the Colonial Fleet, Bill had never seen anything quite like the mysterious illness currently sweeping the station. He'd been sending out security personnel to assist, but they only ended up falling sick themselves, not that long afterwards.

It was quite fortunate that the Doctor mentioned biohazard equipment - some was (mysteriously) located in the main storage locker. And while not enough for the entire security staff, it was enough to send small groups of people out at a time.

Bill had put himself down as part of the latest 'patrol', and was on his way to sickbay, when he saw a flash of red hair, and what looked like a very familiar person leaning against the wall.

"Laura?"

Sally heard the man, though she couldn't clear the fog from her eyes to get a good look at him. The name he uttered was familiar to her, but she was too out of it to realize he might have been applying it to her.

"I don't know where she is," Sally said in her upperclass English accent. "I hope she is safe."

The accent was different - more Aerilon than Caprica - but apart from that, and it was all Bill could do to prevent himself walking over and taking her in his arms.

"You look exactly like her," he couldn't help saying. Then, in a voice tinged with concern, "Are you alright?"

"I...don't think I am. May I have your help to get to sick bay?"

She straightened up as the fog in her head lifted a little.

"Yes, Laura and I...I had always wanted a sister."
