The recipe is linked above; my modifications consisted of subbing 3 eggs' worth of golden powder and water (but you could use any old egg substitute, I suspect) for the 3 large happy eggs, and using Namaste baking mix as my g-f flour mix, because I'm too lazy to mix my own.
Plus the soy- and dairy-free maple glaze, rather than a soy-cream-cheese maple icing.

Also, full agreement on FFTW, the vegan version, served cool, hours later...still blew my mind.
