Thank you! *hugs back carefully*. I'm not going to do a thing this weekend, except visit my parents. (It's Father's Day this Sunday in Sweden.)If it's not better on Monday I'll give Massage Guy another call.

Oh dear, I am so very sorry to hear this--but the fever along with the neck pain really worries me--you need to see a doctor, sweetie--ASAP!

Don't pull a John Sheppard on us: get checked out and make sure this is not something truly serious, like meningitis.

Well you know me, worst case scenario, unless I'm dealing with my own medical issues and then I won't go to the doctor myself. I've lost all street cred with D...ever since that 104.2 fever and I wouldn't go to the ER...

No worries. I'm more of a Rodney, so naturally my first thought was 'Oh, no, meningitis!' Called medical information and spoke to a very nice and competent nurse who said to keep an eye on the fever and go straight to ER if it gets worse, but that I didn't have any other symptoms.

I think it's mostly stress and the weather. We got our first snow earlier in the week and my joints always give me hell this time of the year.

Went to the health centre today and got the good cough medicine so I'm feeling noooo pain.... *g*
