Unfortunately, these people are much more common than you'd think. Them, and the ones who don't know their adresses and phone numbers. If we're lucky, they sometimes know their own names. *sigh*

Customers - can't live with them, would be broke without them...

Sometimes when I'm bored at work, I read Not Always Right just so I can be grateful that at least my customers aren't that bad. Then I get a call like this.

Customer: "Report? Do I have to report it? You should just know!"

This almost made me spit water all over the monitor. LOL

Zinnith, I thought you were psychic. How can you let people down like this? *shakes head sadly*

I know, I know. When I applied for this job, the ad actually said; 'Telephone operator, Required skills: Telepathy' but I thought I could fake that part... I'm ashamed of myself *hangs head*
