My early Halloween scare

Thought something went wrong with my ballot and it got rejected or something. Turns out, just took them a long while to confirm mail-in ballots. Meanwhile, I'm increasingly doubting if I really did sign the damn envelope (100%, 99.9%, etc.,) and repeatedly checking the Ballot Status site

You get notified when your vote gets in?

That the ballot was received and accepted - yes. In the US, mail voters can sign-up to get a text and or email notification. The actual ballot is inside a sealed envelope. On Election Day, it's opened and counted.
