I'll be honest. It feels like everyone has a terrible neighbor. Yours sound especially bad. hopefully they either don't last long or get over themselves.

I'm not offended, everyone has had an experience with a terrible neighbour. These ones do sound especially bad so hopefuly they will not be there too long!
