This sounds a lot like the way my ex hassled me about my "not taking responsibility" for my son by not traveling three hours each way every other week and paying various bills for him when I was making a little over minimum wage (and never mind the huge pay she makes). Thanks in part to her, my son is like a distant nephew, practically a stranger now.
