Well, I took a half gainer off of a cement stairway this morning. The result: Two swollen and bloodied shins, and I am walking with a cane for a while. I wish I could say this was the only bad thing that has happened recently, but two flat tires, a blown head on Seth, weight gain, and money problems are included in the top ten list of stressors in
