Oh, I'm so excited to see this! I probably won't have time to read until the middle of next week, but this will definitely be something to look forward to!
wonderful! it's amazing to contemplate the havoc this Dark!Harry must have wrought on the wizarding world. but when he was ready, there was Severus waiting for him, all those years.
Hey there, thanks so much for reading! I've always liked toying with the idea of not-perfect!Harry, especially since I'm not convinced he can walk away from everything and live happily ever after as depicted in the Epilogue. Having Severus there for Harry in both life and death is a much more believable canon, inho ;)
I wrote this waaay back when Book 7 first came out. The idea of arriving King's Cross Station upon dying struck me as very interesting. And I was still mourning Snape's death in canon at that time, so this story was my way to "extend" his life. It's been sitting in my hard drive for so long that it actually felt like reading someone else's fic.
Good to see you too! Thanks for reading -- and I love your contribution to the 10 Years of Snarry celebration :D
This is so sweet. =) I like the idea of Harry turning Dark wizard in an effort to avoid dying again. This story reminds me of why I fell for Snarry in the first place: that strange equity between them, and their dire need for someone who understands.
Thank you! I agree, Snape and Harry have a dynamic that fits, somehow, despite all the outward inequalities. This is why I love reading all the different Snarries out there. This 10 year celebration is making me fall in love with the pairing all over again.
