Health updates -- baby steps

Literally baby steps:  Pushing a shopping cart around at the grocery store instead of riding an electric buggy.  Entire grocery trip (solo), but I did grab a bench at the end of the register and rest before taking my stuff out to the car, but I refuse to feel bad about it.  I did more than I've been able to do for some time and I'm happy
