SOBE was running a promotion a few months ago where you click on a website and play some little game to get a coupon for a free bottle. I got my coupon today. The expiration date? 11/30/10. Two days ago. Way to go, SOBE.

I'd send them a letter with a copy of the envelope's date and the date of the coupon. They might surprise you...

I'd agree with this. SoBe's service in general is usually pretty good. Maybe they farmed the site and the coupon mailing out to somebody else.

There's a message about it on their fb page. Looks like EVERYONE got the expired coupons, and a few people who got merchandise prizes either didn't get it so far or got the wrong sizes.

SoBe needs to keep a better eye on their contractors if they farmed this out.
