If the person was shot, stabbed, or came down with a disease or parasite that effected an organ, the cloned organ would not have those problems.
If the person had a genetic problem (such as a congenital heart defect), the clone would too. However, there are cases where people with the same genetics (identical twins) develop differently, especially with regard to genes on the X chromosome since cells choose to express only one of the two X chromosomes (apparently at random). So, it's possible, in what I assume would be rare cases, that a cloned organ might be free of a genetic defect that the original expressed.
FYI, I am not a medical person in any way, just a person with an interest in genetics who spends way too much time watching TLC & Discovery.
Only genetic traits would be present. Most of the reasons they'd need to replace the organs would not be a problem. Also in cases of like heart defects and such. They can clone the heart and fix the problems in a tube easier than pulling the old one out and doing it that way. Also in that case I think there are ways to graft healthy tissue to the old heart using the clone.
Theoretically, the new organ would have only the "correct" genes, unless it's a genetic defect. For example if you were to kill your liver because of too much mead, the new liver wouldn't have that same damage.
Even then, by the time this technology is developed enough, they may be able to fix the genetic problems before putting the new organ in the body.
