So why do you live there, anyway? How did you end up there? It seems to be really out of the way. :)

I live in Aurora, about 12 miles from my office. There wasn't an open room in Aurora, and the places in Springfield all decided I live too far away -- they want someone they can phone and say "be here in ten minutes, you have a walk-in."

I live here b/c when I got married, DH lives in Aurora. Still here b/c we're caretaking the house for his late mother's estate -- hey, no rent, I can deal.
