Three notes: 1) I used a 4-cheese mexican mix becuase I had it left over. 2) I used Adiell's Andouille Sausage (170 cal for a 3 oz sausage) 3) I topped off the quiche with a little extra egg beaters as there wasn't enough egg mixture in my opinion. Just a teas extra in two specific spots.
