"A Matter of Scale" in Renard's Menagerie #5

I just found the announcement that Renard's Menagerie #5 is now available for ordering, and with it my whimsical short story about the evolution of parrots, "A Matter of Scale".

This was an older story and one that was pure fun to write. I wrote it back in 2005 as an application story for Odyssey, and so also thanks go to the famously wise Jeanne ( Read more... )

Ahh lovely lovely.. I ordered me a copy. It's fun, having this stuff called money! :)

I was looking at the calendar -- my thoughts are mostly dominated by GDC and all the crap I have to do before it -- but you will be here soon!!

I know! Two weeks I be hitting Albany about this time! or rather.. my face meeting bed or something of that nature. ;) Two weeks plus four days, I be on your doorstep! Which means I needs to be emailing youse..

Well it's not often we get a story with an artist recomendation, and I liked what I saw with her artwork. It's very cool that she put the specific birds in the picture as well. I like little touches like that.
