Stupid mouse gestures

I got to stop attempted to update my lj on this laptop, twice because of mouse gestures that are built in, I've lost the entry i've been meaning to post. grrr. not happy, waisted time.

LOL... Your laptop seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes.

Now, are these Gnome mouse gestures? Because I don't think Firefox does support gestures without an appropriate extension...

There has to be a way to disable these.
