Aw I would but...I'm not going to Japan until September and by then it might be too late :( sorry! it makes me really sad too. Let's just hope that the FC pulls through and gets back to us soon!
I don't really know how the balloting works. A friend of mine is doing it too and she seems to know what she's doing. I think balloting starts this month and you can do it through the post offices in Japan, or there's a form that the FC sends you I think. I really have no idea though. sorry!
