Its Best Artist 2008 (NTV year end program). Jun had to attend GQ Awards the same night and he ended up being late for Arashi's appearance...so they had to run!

Yeah hehe! It's rare footage I suppose, and viewers only get to see the actual performance uploaded, not the stuff that happened prior to it. (unlike a con where the interesting bits are shown too)
