You know, I didn't realise that 7-12 of the One Piece icons were cosplay pictures :D though I would like to know which character is the person in number 9 meant to portray?

It is hard to tell from the icon, but 9 is supposed to be Don Zoroshia from the OP special Jinginai Time (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRBXPYZWJtQ&feature=related).
