I'm not sure exactly what he would be, i'm thinking Lawful Evil, in for no other reason than he had this strict [and bullshit] Code of Conduct that made everyone against Lacus his enemy.

So, I guess that makes him Lawful Evil. They're all equally evil.

What Thermidor was fighting for, her personality is Chaotic Good. The idea of doing the right thing no matter what [IE: Kill thousands to save millions].

I'd definitely classify Ostarva as Lawful Evil though.
