I think that's the point though. Ven obviously has some deeper connection to Sora that the game will reveal. Even Ven's theme in one of the newer trailers is a remix of Roxas'.

If you look, most of the Org members actually look the same as they do when they're Nobodies. Even though Roxas still looks a lot like Sora, he definitely has the most dramatic visual change out of all of them, aside from Ienzo's growth spurt (which I assume is because he probably acts mature and that gets manifested in his Nobody form).

I guess we'll just have to wait for the game. In the meantime, you should definitely give 358/2 Days a go if you get the chance. It doesn't reveal much new, but there's a few bits and pieces that come out, including a small connection to the new game.
