You should find some stuff from T.M. Revolution, Nana Kitade, Nami Tamaki, and Polysics. They have all had albums released in America at one point or another. Another band that is set for American release is Boa.

L'Arc en Ciel, and Hyde's solo work. Shojo Beat always does a 'Best of' music issue, they should have plenty of stuff on their website, and they cover several genres. shojobeat.com
