there's been some problems with my brother lately that i had mentioned before. well, this last week supposedly my brother was supposed to finally get a spinal tap (lumbar puncture procedure) on thursday, well...they cancelled, and they didn't just let us know early. my brother had to go without food till five PM and then last minute he couldn't.

Darling, this is so much more important than us. If you need to be away for a while, then take some time away. Please. I swear to you I won't get upset- you know I won't, but as for every other complicated person out there, just don't worry about them right now. If they're too clingy or something or don't have the sympathy to understand even an ounce of what you're going through- then it isn't worth pleasing them anyway.

Take the break, man. No one's going to be upset with you because you want to clear your head. It happens to all of us. Stop worrying about that because honestly, real life > intarwebz.
