There's apartments here in College Station that are completely TRASH for as much money. Also, I work from 2 to 6. Everyday. Haven't had a day off in almost eight months.

People also have a tendency to exaggerate in an extreme degree when complaining. A half-full container of fries (or one only slightly topped off) suddenly becomes a "teaspoonful of fries" (true story)... and I have a woman on my route who, if I throw her paper so that it skips over her driveway and skids six inches into the grass, suddenly this distance becomes "three feet over" into the grass and I've done it on purpose.

My boss Julian got in argument with her and she apologized later. ;)

Keep that in mind, too. Usually the complaints registered are way overexaggerated 'cause complainers are really just looking for the attention and have no sense of anger control, so take what's said and halve it to get a sense for the true nature of the complaint.
