All Good.

I don't know how much I should talk about how much better I'm doing. It's partially because it sounds crazy and partially because it's so hard to explain. And there's also the trepidation that it might go away. But I found out what has been making me sick for 5 years and now I'm a heck of a lot better ( Read more... )

Oh, I've given up on doctors. They are completely useless wastes of money. But I read about one woman who had fibro who went on a fluoride free diet and told her primary care who laughed at her and her rheumatologist (the kind of specialist who deals with fibro), who said he didn't want to see her again. She got one doctor to humor her and test her fluoride levels, then the doctor never got back to her. She got the tests back from the lab herself and the levels were elevated, but the doctor didn't want to talk to her again ( ... )

Wow, I wonder if this happened to my mother. Her teeth are all messed up because as a kid in Texas her water was accidentally fluoridated at like, 3x more than they intended to, and now her thyroid is all messed up. Huh.

Is it possible to filter the stuff, or do you just have to buy your water now? Must make cooking really expensive.

Also, yaaaay! Glad you feel so much better!

(If anyone is feeling crazy, go to google images and search 'dental fluorosis'. Some of the pictures are mild cases, but the severe cases - yeesh ( ... )

This certainly doesn't seem at all crazy to me. And I'm really glad you're doing better! We should really get our hang on soon.
