God, that's ridiculous! >:C My family's had lots of trouble with Dell before, too, but cancelling an order? Hope you can get everything sorted out easily. *hug* Also, who are J&J?

Tee hee, I took the quiz and got High Priest. :D As if I didn't know that. xD

Yeah, it is pretty ridiculous D: Luckily I called them today to reorder it, and aside from some computer issues they've been having, everything has been going very smoothly thus far (waiting for them to fix an error in their system before the order was processed) :D Thanks for the support, Gin-chan!! <3

Oh, btw, J&J = Johnson & Johnson :3 I work for one of their medical device/implant companies~

Haha High Priest + High Wizard = best leveling combo ;D

Wow. That is ridiculous.

Oh lord. I hear ya. My boyfriend got fucked over by Dell when he ordered his current laptop. He even ordered the thing over the phone, too. The rep told him to switch graphics cards bc it was "just as good for gaming" but slightly cheaper (turns out it was a super basic one). Then to top it off, when he got the laptop in the mail the screen was busted and he had to wait several days for a Dell representative to show up to his home and replace it.

The whole thing was a pain in the ass. I hear nothing but bad things from Dell. If I had to buy a PC it wouldn't be theirs. >_<;;

With that said, I wish you good luck! Hopefully your next experience will go much more smoothly.

Yeah, that experience WAS ridiculous. And they just sent me a survey via email about my experiences with that phone session....I can't wait to respond to it >:3

Oh, and I just ordered my new laptop via the phone this morning ^^;; Knowing exactly what I wanted was actually very helpful (I did a crapton of research about the quality of certain pieces of hardware before I ordered it), and my rep this time was incredibly nice. I won't be able to speak for the quality of the whole experience until I actually get the laptop in the mail, though. Here's hoping!! <33
